Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, admissions sales, telesales, consultative sales, or customer acquisition
  • Experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Advisor, Enrollment Advisor, Admissions Consultant, or similar quota-carrying sales role
  • Strong background in lead conversion, follow-up sales activity, and relationship management
  • Proven ability to attract prospects, qualify leads, communicate value, and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, lead tracking, and sales documentation
  • Strong multi-channel communication skills across calls, email, chat platforms, WhatsApp, and video meetings
  • Performance-driven mindset with strong target ownership, structured follow-up, and consistent execution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with admissions, operations, onboarding, and student support teams
  • Experience in collections coordination, payment follow-ups, and account monitoring is an advantage
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas on a mid-shift schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual, team, and company sales targets while following established procedures
  • Manage leads, SDIs, and applicant records accurately in the CRM with prompt follow-up
  • Qualify applicants, verify backgrounds, provide program information, and guide them through enrollment and payment
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, email, WhatsApp, and video calls to drive conversion
  • Manage scholarship requests, in-person seminars, and maintain updated sales templates and materials
  • Complete sales documentation, upload payment records, and maintain accurate CRM and Excel tracking files
  • Send closing and welcome communications, including onboarding details for enrolled students
  • Monitor pre-enrolled students, manage referrals, and execute incentive campaigns
  • Generate non-payment reports, send payment reminders, and support collections follow-up
  • Handle withdrawals, re-enrollments, additional fees, and student continuation records
  • Resolve student concerns related to certificates, invoices, diplomas, learning platforms, and tutor coordination
  • Manage seminar participant records, attendance tracking, and document all interactions in the CRM
